Kleines Update ...
Kurz darauf Nachricht, Antwort kommt morgen.
Die kam dann auch am Folgetag , den 10.07.23:
Thank you for your patience. And our technician checked your document files.
Regarding of your questions, they have different idears :
Monitoring software :
No have monitoring software.
Check by the inverter or the LCD Screen.
We used the same BMS brand as SEPLOS ; so they can check on it.
Also our technician can remote viewing after you connect the BMS upgrade cable.
Battery Cell Voltage difference :
Normal range.
Charge the battery 100% full. ( Generally battery voltage up to 53V-54.5V )
Battery Parallel Cable for New Version Battery:
Get from ROSEN and express to you.
Loss of capacity
It is acually not the real capacity loss.
It is the readings from the data collection ; and the Battery BMS algorithm need to adjust.
we can help to solve this issue.
sticker residues? used cells? QR codes ?
We always used the Brand New Battery Cells.
11/12/2021 is battery cells mannufacturering time
29/4/2022 is battery BMS ; battey case ; battery assemble time
QR code is for my own factory workers checking and source.
We thank you for choosing ROSEN. For the problems you mentioned, we can work togeter to solve them.
ok.
Hilft vielleicht jemand anderem in Zukunft?
Hello Mike,
thanks a lot, I will write my reply between your email:
Hello Andreas.
Thank you for your patience. And our technician checked your document files.
Regarding of your questions, they have different idears :
*Monitoring software :*
No have monitoring software.
Check by the inverter or the LCD Screen.
We used the same BMS brand as SEPLOS ; so they can check on it.
yes I use the Seplos software to monitor it.
The Inverter isa hybrid inverter Powland/Easun "ISolar-SMX-II-5.6KP-wifi" and does not communicate with the battery unfortunately.
(see page 1 of my PDF) (ebay 354266739770).
I only use it as inverter.
Also our technician can remote viewing after you connect the BMS upgrade cable.
I have connect both batteries in RS485 and connect to a small computer (Lattepanda), here the Seplos Software is installed and runs
Yes I can give your technician a Teamviewer access if needed
*Battery Cell Voltage difference : *
Normal range.
Charge the battery 100% full. ( Generally battery voltage up to 53V-54.5V )
The batteries are charged daily untill they stop charging and I charge them with 52,5 volts.
Higher voltages will result in messages like "monomer high voltage" or similar sooner and the batteries stop charging at this point.
This behaviour was getting a little bit better since I use active balancers (5 amps version) on the batteries (they can keep the deviation below 10mV. Before this was very high at over 100mV. That high deviation value can also cause the BMS stop charging)
Cell voltage is around 3,5 Volts when stops charging.
If I set a higher charging voltage the cell voltage is not going higher, the BMS stops charging.
If I set the charging voltage higher, for example to 53 Volts (~ 3,53 Cell Voltage) or 54,5 V (~ 3,63 V cell voltage (very close to critical voltage for the cells))
the messages appear very early and stops charging.
*Battery Parallel Cable for New Version Battery:*
Get from ROSEN and express to you.
Thank you
*Loss of capacity *
It is acually not the real capacity loss.
It is the readings from the data collection ; and the Battery BMS algorithm need to adjust.
we can help to solve this issue.
ok thank you,
yes like above, but the battery stops charging with cell voltage warnings and is not updatting CAP and SOC.
How can we make the battery charge the cells close to 100 % in a safe voltage range so the BMS will recalculate the SOC and CAP?
*sticker residues? used cells? QR codes ?*
We always used the Brand New Battery Cells.
11/12/2021 is battery cells mannufacturering time
This is for battery I bought in 2022?
That is good, thank you!
29/4/2022 is battery BMS ; battey case ; battery assemble time
This is battery 2 I bought on April 12. 2023 (s/n: RS2062148M200H01C002)?
Battery 1 I bought on April 12. 2023 (s/n: RS2062148M200H01C002)
Regarding the Seplos software, the Battery 1 BMS uses software V2.6 and the Battery 2 uses V 2.7
QR code is for my own factory workers checking and source.
ok thank you
There is one more point from my questions:
In the battery 2 there was a transport damage.
The one whole cell pack is mechanical shiftet in the battery case (PDF page 7)
Is this critical and should be corrected, so they are lined up with the other cell blocks?
Many many thanks,
I appreciate your support
Andreas
Hello Mike,
here I have some videos:
from July, 4. 2023
https://youtu.be/8RlUt-cuas4
showing 3,5v cells - active balancer not activated - cell deviation 94 and 120 mV
Activating Active balancers at video time 0:45
But the BMS is not recalculating of real SOC/CAP
Videos from today July 13. 2023:
(see picture in attachment, showing high cell deviation and battery 1 not charging anymore. Then I have activate the active balancers, so the cell voltages equalize, then it started to charge with small power again)
https://youtu.be/YQZ2_cW5Ceo
https://youtu.be/lo88T3eJnCU
https://youtu.be/KOP1WypqHvA
https://youtu.be/PLjCTEBiChs
As you can also see, the CAP didn't change since April.
The batteries have been charged untill the BMS stops taking energy now multiple times.
Thank you and Regards,
Andreas
... Alles nur Waschmaschinen-TV ... zeigen nur das Verhalten der Zellen ...
