One thing that bites a lot of 16S builds at 314Ah is enclosure + compression — MB31 cells swell more than people expect. If it helps, I can share the drawings for a 16S 314Ah (~16 kWh) enclosure we designed: busbar layout, M8 torque spec, compression fixture included. Free to use even if you build your own box.
