I am currently in the information gathering phase and comparing multiple offers for DIY battery enclosures. I am interested in your article 1601749458174 (48V, for 16 cells). For my comparison, I need the following information:

1. Available BMS Options

Is the enclosure available with the JK BMS V19 PB2A16S30P (active balancer, 300A)?
→ Please confirm availability.

2. DC Breaker

Which DC breaker is installed? Please provide a datasheet (manufacturer, type, breaking capacity, voltage rating).

3. Display

Is the original JKBMS display included? If yes: 7 inch or 4.3 inch ?

4. Sheet Metal Thickness & Finish

  • Sheet metal thickness in mm?
  • Powder coated? (yes/no)

5. Cell Compatibility

The enclosure should accommodate different cell formats (e.g., 100Ah / 230Ah / 280Ah LiFePO4 cells with varying dimensions). How is this solved constructively (adjustable dividers / hole grid)?

6. Documentation & Certifications

  • Is an installation manual (English) included?
  • Is a CE declaration of conformity available for the complete system (enclosure + BMS)?

7. Price Request (DDP)

Please provide your best DDP price (Delivered Duty Paid) for:

  • 12 enclosures in the requested configuration
  • Shipment in 3 batches of 4 enclosures each to Germany

Thank you for your interesting our 16KWH DIY stacked battery box.

As your serials questions, please check as following response;

  1. Our case can compatible with JK BMS V19 PB2A16S30P, it is no problem! As our standard is 200A, it is customized ship from China to Germnay;
  2. DC breaker, it is 250A, M1-250, 257**80**105mm; And Fuse is 250A;
  3. It is 4.3 inch LCD Screen, If you need 7.0 inch, the front face should be customized.
  4. Sheet metal thickness is 1.8mm with Frosted process;
  5. Our case can suit with 280/302/314/320AH, extra plate with 230AH,But not fit with 100AH,
  6. Yes, we have English version manual for cutomers. But now, it is not available CE certifications
  7. Yes, we can ship them 4 cases from China to Germnay each order. May I have your delivery address?
