Seplos BMS 3.0 ist blockiert

Hallo an alle, ich schreibe aus Italien, ich habe einen Seplos 3.0 BMS mit einer Seplos Polo W-Batterie. Leider funktioniert das BMS heute nach dem Firmware-Update nicht mehr, alle LEDs blinken und der RS485-Port wird vom PC nicht mehr erkannt, sodass ich das Update nicht erneut starten kann. Kann mir ein guter Mensch sagen, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, mein BMS wiederherzustellen, oder ob man es in die Toilette werfen muss?

der hat erst die Tage die Polo Batterien vorgestellt, wenn er nicht helfen kann, wer dann?

wenn du das BMS direkt bei Seplos (oder über Alibaba bei Seplos) gekauft hast kannst du dich an Jerry@seplos.com wenden. Jerry ist immer bemüht zu helfen.
wenn du das BMS über einen Händler gekauft hast ist der dein erster Ansprechpartner.

wenn du nicht weiter kommst kann ich Jerry auch mal persönlich ansprechen. Ich habe ne “relative direkte” Verbindung zu ihm.

Ich weiß ja nicht wie groß deine Toilette ist - aber das BMS passt da sicher nicht rein ?

gibt es denn schon passende FW für das 3.0? Wundert mich aber, oder hast da eins für das 10E drauf gebügelt? Warum will man FW updaten ohne ein Problem zu haben?

Hi, the new BMS3.0 is totally different on the hardware. it is new BMS product and not compatible with 10E BMS
