kurzer Zwischenbericht zum aktuellen Status.
Die Informationen hier sind mit MiCasa abgestimmt.
Die Sammelbestellung läuft noch, für alle Neuen, es ist also nicht zu spät.
In die Whatsapp Gruppe kann nur MiCase einen aufnehmen, er ist der Gruppen-Admin.
Da die aktuelle Abwicklung etwas schleppend läuft habe ich die offenen Fragen aus dem Thread hier und der Whatsapp Gruppe gesammelt.
Diese wurden an Amy geschickt die sie uns beantworten wird.

Welche Seplos Version ist verfügbar, ist die V16 verfügbar?
2 Is it possible to use CAN port and RS485 port for the JK BMS, if yes what is nessesary therefore?

3 What are the advantages and disadvantages of the PACE BMS. It is rarely used
Was sind die Vor- und Nachteile des PACE BMS, es wird selten verwendet.
4 Please provide a short compatibility list BMS to inverter for PACE, SEPLOS and JK. Everyone can then pick out his own configuration and is responsible for his choice.
Bitte kurze Verfügbarkeitsübersicht der einzelnen BMS (Pace, Seplos, JK) mit den entsprechenden Invertern zur Verfügung stellen. Jeder kann dann seine eigene Konfiguration auswählen und ist für seine Wahl selber verantwortlich.
5 What are the performance data of the Pace BMS (max. continuous current, balancer current, etc.) can it easily switched into different protocols or do I need a firmware for each?

Hallo zusammen,
wäre ebenfalls gerne mit dabei. Ich muss nur noch den passenden WR aussuchen und hierzu die anderen Threads studieren.
Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal an alle, die mir Fragen beantwortet haben (bin der mit der Brennstoffzelle). Für ein offenes Forum läuft es hier wirklich sehr sachlich und zielgerichtet ab.

Kurzes Update von Seplos: Beim BMS V16 ist die Bluetooth Schnittstelle beim LCD Screen Module drinnen.

Für meinen Victron MP2 kommt dann Seplos mit Heltec 5A Aktivbalancer oder Neey Active Balancer V4

Können die Racks parallel geschaltet werden, ähnlich wie die Pylontech Akkus (z.B. US5000)? Ich denke an 3 Racks parallel und plane mit einem Deye 12kw inverter.

They have no English version specification. If you need to know any parameter, please let me know.
PACE does not recommend changing the protocol, it will be very complicated. It's better to fix that before ordering."

Das sind die Antworten bis jetzt, alles ohne Gewähr und mit Vorischt zu genießen.
Denn bei Punkt 7, APP, ist klar das JK eine APP hat, auch Seplos hat wohl nun eine APP auf dem Markt.
Aber immerhin gut das es die V16er Version mit BT von Seplos ist.
Für mich noch ein wichtiger Punkt ist Nr. 12 und Nr. 13. AWG 4, 25mm2 ist mir zu wenig, hier würde ich min. AWG 2, 35mm2 wollen.
Zudem ist der Punkt der verpressten Zellen für mich sehr wichtig. Hier wird nochmal nachgehakt.

Beim Querschnitt stimme ich dir zu. Was das Verpressen angeht: Sie macht dann ein Video des Vorgangs? "Harte" Spezifikationen gibt es da vermutlich nicht?

doch gibt es.
Spezifikation gemäß Hersteller ist eine flächige Verpressung mit max. 300KG.
Anbei der Ausschnitt aus dem Datenblatt.
Btw. auf 300KG würde ich nicht bestehen, das kann eh keiner messen aber es muss gepresst sein.

ja, der Leitungsquerschnitt wir oft unterschätzt.
Es kommt natürlich auf den WR an, die Verluste sind ja auch Leistungsabhängig.
Ich habe euch das mal ausgerechnet, die Verluste sind dann beim Laden wie auch Entladen:
Kabellänge 2 Meter
Leistung 3000 Watt
48 V
Kupferleitung
Spannungsabfall bei:
25mm² = 0,37 % = 0,18V
50mm² = 0,19 % = 0,09V
Zusätzlich kann sich die Leitung bei maximalen Strömen erwärmen, diese "Heizleistungen" sind dann auch Verluste!

Ich melde auch mal Interesse an für Grade A Zellen mit kompatiblem BMS für Victron WR, wenn der Preis bei <2500 oder leicht drüber ist.

mir geht es primär um die Heizleistung 
Erst heiß, dann ab, dann Brand.. worstcase, ist klar.
Ich vermute die Gesamt-Kabelstrecke bei unter 1m, da sind 35mm2 sicher mehr als ausreichend.
Die 25mm2 gehen sicher auch, man Bedenke das das JK BMS nur 2x10mm2 also in Summe 20mm2 dran hat.
Aber hier ist der Sicherheitsaspekt nicht zu unterschätzen.
@Jan, hallo an Board, hier geht es um eine Sammelbestellung inkl. Case, keine einzelnen Zellen etc. nur als Info.
Preis unter 2500 inkl. Zoll und Versand (B-Grade) ist utopisch. Sorry da müssten wir vermutlich an die 100 Bestellungen zusammen bekommen
oder min 50 die alle tupfengleich sind. In meinen Augen aussichtslos.
EDIT/ Alleine echte A-Grade Zellen ohne nix, kein BMS, kein Case sind derzeit inkl. Zoll und Versand fast nicht für 2500 Euro zu bekommen - das zur Info.
