Ich hab meinen ESP32 per esphome am laufen, verbunden mit RS232 am JKBMS, Daten kommen per MQTT zum Iobroker, läuft soweit.
Gibt es die Möglichkeit, die eingehenden Daten quasi durchzuschleifen zu meinem Raspberry und VenusOS?

ich hab den ESP32-WROOM mit deiner Software geflasht und versuche mich auf ein JK-B5A25S60P zu verbinden. Die Verbindung mit dem App klappt ohne Probleme und bis zum
BLERemoteService* pRemoteService = pClient->getService(serviceUUID);

Hast du (oder jemand anderer) diesen Fehler schonmal lösen können?
Ich hab bereits etliche Versuche bezüglich der Libraries (verschiedenste Versionen) durchgeführt und auch verschiedene Versionen des ESP32 im Boardmanager installiert. Ich krieg diesen Fehler einfach nicht weg.
EDIT: Funktioniert nun doch! Ich hab blöderweise nicht überprüft, ob der ESP32 wirklich geflasht wird über mein USB_to_Network Interface. War natürlich nicht der Fall, obwohl es richtig ausgeschaut hat.

Die Zellen-Spannung passt auch, aber leider sind alle anderen Werte nicht richtig.

Verbindung über Bluetooth und JSON File
Ich hatte versprochen meine Lösung vorzustellen. Falls ihr es installiert, gebt bitte Feedback. Das lief bisher nur bei mir und es kann bei anderen vielleicht etwas holpern.
Für die Lösung benutze ich prinzipiell den Ansatz von Scotty89 ergänzt um eine Ausgabe des JSON-Files (habe den CAN-Bus Teil entfernt). Meine Variante von der Scooty89-Lösung findet ihr im Anhang. Auch habe ich die Lösung von Scotty um das JK_B2A8S20P ergänzt.
Folgendes müsst ihr einstellen in der ESP-SW einstellen:
Die MQTT Daten enable/disable und wenn enable dann die notwendigen MQTT Daten einstellen - ohne user/passwd einfach leer lassen. Bei disable wird nur das json-File publiziert.
Die WLAN Settings
Die BMS Settings: Das richtige BMS aussuchen. Die ganz neuen BMS (wie lustigerweise das B28S - also ein 4-8 Zellen BMS ) sind inzwischen auf 32 Zellen ausgelegt und übertragen mehr Zellen. D.h. für dieses BMS (und wahrscheinlich zukünftige) muss man die Option protocol_32 auf true setzen.
Die ESP-SW flashen und nun solltet ihr mit dem Browser unter der ip-Adresse des ESP ein json-File mit den entsprechenden Daten sehen.

Login on Raspberry or Cerbo and use the following commands in the terminal

Important is ON PREMISE the Host-line. Here you have to add the web-adress of your JSON file.
adjust the battery-capacity and the number of cells
with "./install.sh" you can start the driver
If you like to enhance the GUI with all cell-voltages please execute "./install_qml.sh"

Allerdings wird beim Entladen noch die Spannung berücksichtigt. Und die hat eine höhere Prio. Sprich wenn die Spannung zu niedrig ist wird das Entladen gestoppt.

Verbindung über Bluetooth und JSON File
Ich hatte versprochen meine Lösung vorzustellen. Falls ihr es installiert, gebt bitte Feedback. Das lief bisher nur bei mir und es kann bei anderen vielleicht etwas holpern.
Für die Lösung benutze ich prinzipiell den Ansatz von Scotty89 ergänzt um eine Ausgabe des JSON-Files (habe den CAN-Bus Teil entfernt). Meine Variante von der Scooty89-Lösung findet ihr im Anhang. Auch habe ich die Lösung von Scotty um das JK_B2A8S20P ergänzt.
Funktionert bei mir wunderbar, im VenusOS taucht die Batterie auch auf.

Die ganz neuen BMS (wie lustigerweise das B28S - also ein 4-8 Zellen BMS ) sind inzwischen auf 32 Zellen ausgelegt und übertragen mehr Zellen. D.h. für dieses BMS (und wahrscheinlich zukünftige) muss man die Option protocol_32 auf true setzen.
Ich will nur kurz die Meldung abgeben, dass mein JK-B5A25S60P mit der Option protocol_32 = true; auch funktioniert! Mein Problem von oben ist somit hinfällig. 😎

Danke für das Feedback und die Ergänzung. Diese macht Sinn. Bei deinem Modell gibt es keine internen MOS, da es doch mit externen Relais betrieben wird. Mal sehen ob ich das so einbaue oder nur als Kommentar so stehen lasse. Aktuell bist du wahrscheinlich eine ziemliche Ausnahme mit deinem BMS. Aber es freut mich, dass es grundsätzlich mit deinem BMS funktioniert. Vielleicht musst du es bei Erweiterungen dann immer selbst anpassen. Ich wollte noch die Alarmmeldungen einbauen als nächsten Schritt. Das Problem ist hier allerdings die Verifikation ob die Alarme wirklich auslösen.
Bekommst du in die Meldung "Connected" noch einen Zeitstempel rein, um zu sehen, wie lange die Verbindung schon besteht?
Geht mir um die Stabilität der Bluetooth-Verbindung.

Du meinst als MQTT-Ausgabe? In den BMS Treiber im Victron möchte ich das nicht integrieren. Dieser sollte prinzipiell kein „Wissen“ über eine Bluetoothverbindung haben. Er kennt nur die JSON-Adresse.
Im MQTT läßt sich das schon machen. Dazu muss man sagen, dass die Bluetoothverbindung nicht sehr stabil ist, aber durch einen Reconnect immer wieder aufgebaut wird.
Ja, per MQTT. Kann ja "Connected since ... minutes" oder sowas lauten.

Jein, du musst nur jemanden finden der zusätzlich zum MQTT Output die gleichen Daten in ein JSON-File schreibt. Ich hatte mir es auch zu erst angeschaut, aber ich kenne mich mit Esp-Home nicht aus und auf die schnelle fand ich es einfacher mich an Scottys Lösung zu hängen. Der BMS-Treiber ist dann völlig unabhängig davon. Da könnte auch ein Daly-BMS das Json File schreiben.
Hallo leider klappt diese Software auch nicht bei meiner kleine JK-BD4A17S4P BMS (egal ob protocol_32 an oder aus ist) . Das BMS hat eine Software Version 11.01.
