Calibrate seplos BMS

Hello, I just finished my seplos v2 battery and the cells are balanced, I have a Victron Multiplus with CAN communication connected to the battery, the battery soc goes well to 100% with the BMS settings. I wonder about the calibration of the BMS, is it good if I charge at 100% and unload until the BMS cuts? Can I keep the CAN communication connected for this operation?
